  2. For Powerboard Version 1.25, NuIQ Software, Inc. is offering two new
  3. programs:
  4.  
  5.    1.  Associate Sysop Program
  6.  
  7.        The Associate Sysop Program offers a 50% discount on a single
  8.        node, 3-Node or 9-Node Powerboard package.  Those participating
  9.        in the Associate Sysop Program will be required to sign an
  10.        agreement stating the following:
  11.  
  12.          A. The Powerboard Shareware version 1.25 and Shareware utilities
  13.             will be made available in a seperate section on the BBS.
  14.  
  15.          B. The BBS is freely accessable by anyone, i.e. no one is denied
  16.             access to the system, and that at least the Powerboard section
  17.             will be available to non-paying members.
  18.  
  19.          C. The BBS will be declared an official Powerboard BBS support
  20.             site, and NuIQ Software, Inc. will have the right to promote
  21.             the BBS and show its name and data number in a listing.
  22.  
  23.          D. An advertisment will be displayed on one of the welcome screens
  24.             (provided by NuIQ Software, Inc.) stating that the BBS is a
  25.             Powerboard BBS support and information site.
  26.  
  27.          E. The BBS will remain online for at least one year, during 
  28.             which time it will be using Powerboard BBS 1.25 or later
  29.             and will conform to above requirements.       
  30.  
  31.        The Associate Sysop Program will allow only one Associate Sysop/BBS
  32.        per reigon.  For example, we will not allow two Associate Sysops
  33.        in one town.  Please call us to verify that your application will
  34.        be accepted before ordering.

  36.    2.  Local Sysop Program
  37.  
  38.        The Local Sysop Program offers discounts to Sysops who register
  39.        together in one reigon.  All that is required is that a name be
  40.        designated for your local Powerboard Sysop Group and that
  41.        registration be sent in at the same time.  For example, a Powerboard
  42.        Sysop Group in New York might be called "The New York Powerboard
  43.        Sysop Group".  Discounts are as follows:
